MW Junior Development Program

Build Skills. Gain Confidence. Learn the Game the Right Way.

The MW Junior Development Program is designed for young golfers ages 10–15 who are ready to take the next step in their golf journey. This high-energy, player-focused program combines weekly coaching clinics with on-course instruction to help juniors improve their skills, understand the game, and gain real tournament experience in a fun and supportive environment.

Led by one of Atlantic Canada’s top PGA of Canada players, André Savoie, alongside an experienced coaching team, this program gives juniors the opportunity to learn from competitive players and certified professionals who are passionate about junior golf development.

Whether your junior is looking to sharpen their fundamentals, build confidence on the course, or prepare for competitive play, the MW Junior Development Program creates the perfect environment to grow.

Program Includes

7 Weeks of Training & Coaching

Each session includes:

  • 1 hour of instructional clinic training (starting at 12:30PM)
  • 3 hours of on-course coaching and development (starting around 2:00 PM)

  • André Savoie, PGA of Canada Professional and one of Atlantic Canada’s top competitive players
  • Braden Ahern, 2025 NB Junior Champion and current collegiate golfer
  • Bradley Jenkins, PGA of Canada Professional
  • Blake Flinn, PGA of Canada Professional

What Juniors Will Learn

  • Golf etiquette on and off the course
  • Rules and fundamentals of golf
  • Course management and decision-making
  • Confidence and tournament preparation
  • Practice habits and player development strategies

  • Entry fees included for 2 Golf NB Junior Golf League events:
    • Country Meadows – July 19
    • Mountain Woods – August 5
  • End-of-season “Future Players Cup”
    • Parents are welcome to caddy for this fun and competitive finale
